- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Combine all but the last 2 ingredients in a casserole.

2Mix the corn flakes crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter and spread over the potato mixture.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
