- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup cold Land O Lakes Butter, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Half & Half or Fat Free Half & Half
- 2 Land O Lakes Eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Heat oven to 400F.

2Combine flour, 1 cup cheese, baking powder and salt in bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

3Stir in half & half and eggs just until moistened.

4Turn dough onto lightly floured surface; knead 1 minute or until smooth.

5Divide dough in half; roll each half into 8-inch circle.

6Cut each circle into 8 wedges.

7Place 1 inch apart onto greased baking sheets.

8Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
