- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp natural Cheddar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 3 crisp bacon slices, crumbled
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain well on paper towel.

2Toss cheese with flour.

3Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings.

4Mix well. Pour into pastry shell.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
