  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • unbaked quiche crust*

Directions

    Toss cheese and flour in bowl.

    Add spinach, milk, eggs and mushrooms.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Pour into crust and bake 1 hour in preheated 350° oven.
