- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted and divided
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs or crushed corn bread stuffing mix
Directions

1In a bowl thoroughly mix corn, egg, milk, cheese, flour, sugar and 1 tablespoon butter.

2Pour into buttered 1-quart casserole dish.

3Toss crumbs with remaining 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle over.

4Bake in 350° oven until pudding is firm, about 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
