- 8 big potatoes
- 10 slices bacon
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 12 cup flour
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon white pepper
- 12 teaspoon cellery salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cube and boil potatoes till tendet.

2Cook bacon till crisp, remove add flour to grease, cook 1 minute.

3Slowly pour broth in, stir constantly till thick.

4Add seasonings and cream and cheese.

5Stir till smooth lower to simmer.

6Drain potatoes, add to soup.

7Simmer a few more minutes.

8Dish up, top with bacon, enjoy.
