  • 8 big potatoes
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 12 cup flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 teaspoon white pepper
  • 12 teaspoon cellery salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese

    Cube and boil potatoes till tendet.

    Cook bacon till crisp, remove add flour to grease, cook 1 minute.

    Slowly pour broth in, stir constantly till thick.

    Add seasonings and cream and cheese.

    Stir till smooth lower to simmer.

    Drain potatoes, add to soup.

    Simmer a few more minutes.
