- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, coarsely grated
- 1/4 lb. chipped beef, finely chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 beaten egg
Directions

1Combine cheese, tomato sauce, beef and garlic.

2Heat over water in double boiler until cheese is melted.

3Remove garlic. Remove mixture from heat and add beaten egg.

4Age for several days in refrigerator.

5Reheat and serve as hot dip with crackers. (Chafing dish works well.)

6Makes 3 cups.
