- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 jar cherry pie filling
Directions

1Mix cream cheese until creamy.

2Add 3 eggs and 3/4 cup sugar. Blend well.

3Place mixture into cupcake shells, filling them 3/4 full.

4Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

5Mix 1 cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla.

6When cupcakes are finished, spread the sour cream mixture on top of cupcakes while still hot, then add cherry pie filling.

7Makes about 15 cupcakes.
