Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 12 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 lb monterey jack cheese
  • 12 lb mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 6 tablespoons butter

Directions

    Beat together egg, flour, milk and baking powder in a large bowl.

    Cube or shred the Monterey Jack and Mozzarella.

    Add these plus the cream cheese (in small pieces), cottage cheese and butter (in small pieces) to the egg mixture.

    Mix together lightly with a fork.

    Put in a greased 9x13 pan.

    Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
