   On a cutting board, roll out the puff pastry and sprinkle with slices of ham and cheese.

   Create a pie-shaped form with the dough and cut into slices of 1 cm thick.

   Place the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place in a hot oven (400 F) for 15 minutes.

   Remove from the oven and serve while still hot.
