  • 2 lb. large curd cottage cheese, drained
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Brick cheese
  • 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach (thaw and drain; do not cook)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 Tbsp. flour
