- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- about 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Mix flour, cheese, bacon and milk to form a sticky dough. Turn out on floured surface.

2Knead 10 times.

3Turn smooth side up and pat out 1/2-inch thick.

4Cut with biscuit cutter dipped in flour.

5Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes.
