  • 1 pie shell
  • 6 slices bacon, fried crisp
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Bake pie shell for 8 to 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350°.

    Crumble bacon and put in pie shell.

    Add cream and salt to beaten eggs.

    Sprinkle cheese over bacon.

    Add egg mixture. Dot with butter.

    Bake 30 minutes.
