  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (13 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Beat cream cheese until smooth.

    Add all ingredients except 1 cup of pecans.

    Mix well and roll in a ball.

    Roll ball in the remaining pecans to coat.
