- 2 dozen little neck clams, washed (throw away any opened ones)
- 1 stick of butter
- Minced garlic
- White wine
- Red pepper flakes
- Salt, pepper, minced parsley
Directions

1Put clams directly on grill or in grill safe container

2In pan melt butter with garlic, wine and pepper flakes.

3Remove clams when they are opened.

4Put in bowl and cover with butter mixture

5Add sale, pepper, minced parsley and serve.
