  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 lbs. potatoes
  • 2 lg. red onions
  • 6 Italian tomatoes or 2 large, firm regular tomatoes, cut into fourths
