- 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 jar (12 oz.) apricot preserves/jam
- 1 1/2 c. slivered almonds
Directions

1Soften cream cheese.

2Beat with jam until smooth.

3Shape into a ball.

4Freeze for 30 minutes.

5Meanwhile, toast almonds and coconut in oven set at 425°.

6Watch closely.

7Roll ball in the browned mixture.

8Refrigerate overnight before serving.
