  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) apricot preserves/jam
  • 1 1/2 c. slivered almonds

    Beat with jam until smooth.

    Shape into a ball.

    Freeze for 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, toast almonds and coconut in oven set at 425°.
