- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
- 4 Tbsp. chives or finely chopped onion (heaping Tbsp.)
- 4 Tbsp. parsley flakes, dried
Directions

1Soften cheese to room temperature.

2Blend together all ingredients with a mixer, food processor or by hand until cheeses are well blended.

3Chill, then roll into a ball.

4Allow it to set for 24 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.

5May be rolled in finely chopped nuts, fresh chopped parsley or in paprika for added color.

6Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving.
