  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 oz. Roquefort cheese
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley

    Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well.

    Shape mixture into 2 balls; roll each ball in pecans, then in parsley.
