- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 oz. Roquefort cheese
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of seasoned salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well.

2Shape mixture into 2 balls; roll each ball in pecans, then in parsley.
