  • 8 cups small cauliflower florets, cooked Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1-1/3 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken

    Place cauliflower in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

    Melt margarine in medium saucepan on medium heat.

    Add onions; cook and stir 3 min.

    or until crisp-tender.

    Stir in next 3 ingredients.

    Gradually whisk in milk.

    Bring to boil; cook and stir 2 min.

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare stuffing as directed on package, omitting margarine.
