- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
- 1/4 large onion, finely chopped
- chopped parsley to taste
- chopped pecans (enough to cover ball)
- red pepper, garlic salt and onion salt to taste
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese using fork.

2Add pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, chopped onions and parsley.

3Mix well.

4Shape into ball or small log.

5Roll in finely chopped pecans and sprinkle generously with paprika.

6Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator a day before using.

7Serve on crackers. Freezes well.
