- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of salt (optional)
- 1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. thin sliced, smoked, pressed beef, shredded
Directions

1Allow the cream cheese to soften to room temperature and add to mixing bowl.

2Then add the Cheddar cheese and next 5 ingredients.

3Mix thoroughly and roll in the shredded beef.

4This cheese ball is much better if allowed to refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
