Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 2. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/3 c. chopped (very fine) green peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped (very fine) onion
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Soften cream cheese, gradually stir in pineapple, 1 cup nuts, green pepper, onion and salt.

    Chill until firm (at least 1 hour), then form into a ball and roll in 1 cup of nuts.

    Chill again. Serve with crackers.
