  • 3 jars (4 oz. each) dried beef
  • 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • few drops Tabasco

Directions

    Shred dried beef in blender.

    Save 1/2 cup or more to roll balls in.

    Combine ingredients and form into two balls.

    Roll in shredded beef.
