  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. minced dried onion
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Mix all ingredients well and form into ball. Using waxed paper, roll ball on chopped pecans. Chill for 1 hour; serve with crackers.
