  • 1 (20 oz.) can drained pineapple tidbits
  • 1 (16 oz.) can drained peach slices
  • 1 (11 oz.) can drained mandarin oranges
  • 3 medium bananas, sliced
  • 2 medium apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 (3 3/4 or 3 5/8 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/3 ??? thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • lettuce cups

Directions

    In large bowl, combine fruits; set aside.

    In small bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate.

    Beat with rotary beater until blended, 1 to 2 minutes.

    Beat in sour cream.

    Fold into fruit mixture.

    Cover and chill.
