  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 small jar Old English sharp cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. hot sauce or Tabasco sauce
  • chopped pecans

Directions

    Have cheese and oleo at room temperature.

    Mix together all ingredients; chill for an hour or so.

    Form into ball; roll in chopped pecans.

    Serve with your favorite crackers.
