  • 1 cup canned pitted ripe olives
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 2 oz. Blue cheese
  • 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (2 cups)
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash liquid red pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

    First: Chop 3/4 cup olives coarsely. Soften cream cheese. Add Blue cheese, grated Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce and liquid pepper seasoning, beat until smooth. Mix chopped olives with cheeses.
