Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix (at room temperature) the cream cheese.

    Add drained pineapple, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and shredded Cheddar cheese.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Place on aluminum foil and form into a ball.

    Place in freezer until firm.

    Remove from freezer and roll ball in the 1 1/2 cups pecan halves until ball is covered with nuts. Serve with crackers.
