  • 8 oz. pkg. Cracker Barrel brand sharp Cheddar cold pack cheese
  • 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
  • 2 tsp. each chopped onion, chopped green pepper and chopped pimientos
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Blend the first 3 ingredients well.

    Add the remaining ingredients and form into a ball.

    Chill until firm.

    Remove and garnish with parsley and pimiento strips.

    Serve with crispy crackers.
