- 1/3 c. Milnot
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese, cubed
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 6 sprigs parsley (optional)
Directions

1Place Milnot and Blue cheese in blender; process on medium. Gradually add Cheddar cheese and flavorings.

2Process on high.

3Add cream cheese; continue processing until mixture is smooth.

4Shape into ball and refrigerate overnight.

5Wrap in foil or wax paper. About 30 minutes before serving, roll ball in pecan-parsley mixture, if desired.
