  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 small can pineapple, well drained
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 3/4 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Open can of pineapple and drain for 1 hour.

    Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix by hand the other ingredients into the cream cheese and the pineapple.

    Chill in bowl several hours or overnight.

    Roll in crushed pecans.

    You may make 2 large balls or several small balls.

    You may also freeze the balls.
