- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more for seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more for seasoning
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

11.In a blender or food processor, pulse the basil, pine nuts, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper until finely chopped.
