  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Chop and set pecans aside.

    Let cream cheese soften.

    Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese mixing until well blended (using your hands).

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Chill. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped nuts for covering.
