  • 2 pkg. dried smoked ham (Land of Frost)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • crushed pecans (to cover cheese ball)

    Chop ham very fine.

    Mix all other ingredients, except crushed pecans, and put into refrigerator until you can form into a ball. Roll in crushed pecans.
