Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 (3 oz.) bags of smoked sliced beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. accent

Directions

    Soften cream cheese in a large bowl in the microwave.

    Chop onion and two bags of the beef in a food processor.
  3. 3
    Stir onion and beef mixture in with cream cheese and spices.
  4. 4
    Mix well and either form into a ball or put in a bowl.
  5. 5
    (If you choose to form into a ball, place ball in the refrigerator to chill.)

    Chop remaining bag of beef in food processor.
  7. 7
    If forming into a ball take out of refrigerator after chilled and roll in the chopped beef until covered.
  8. 8
    If you chose to place in bowl just sprinkle the last bag of beef on top.
