Frying Pan Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. cut up dates
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix first two ingredients in frying pan over low heat until mixture leaves sides of the pan.

    Then add Rice Krispies, vanilla and salt.

    Mix and let cool for 10 minutes.

    Take mixture and roll 1-inch balls, then roll into chopped nuts.
