- 1 lb. sole fillets
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
- 2 tsp. crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. dill
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
- 1/2 lb. small cleaned and cooked shrimp
- 6 oz. mixture grated Romano and Parmesan
Directions

1Defrost and squeeze spinach of all water.

2Spread over bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

3Layer sole fillets on top of spinach. In large saucepan, thoroughly heat just to boiling, tomatoes, garlic, dill and lemon juice.

4Cook 15 minutes.

5Add shrimp.

6Pour sauce over fish.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until fish is done.
