Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Cracker Barrel cheese fine (silver pkg.)
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped olives
  • 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

    Grate Cracker Barrel cheese.

    Let cream cheese and grated Cracker Barrel come to room temperature.

    Mix with wooden spoon (or hands) all ingredients except nuts.

    Roll into a large ball or divide into two. Roll in chopped nuts.

    Refrigerate until chilled and serve with crackers.
