  • 1 lb. pasteurized processed cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of chili powder
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. finely chopped nuts

Directions

    With hands, blend all ingredients except nuts, until thoroughly combined.

    Roll into ball or log.

    Roll in the nuts. Makes 1 cheese ball about 6-inches in diameter.
