  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 c. pecans (additional)

Directions

    Soften cheese.

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Refrigerate mixture overnight before rolling into ball.

    Roll in additional cup of pecans.

    Decorate with cherries or stuffed olives.
