- 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
- 6 to 7 eggs, boiled and chopped fine
- 1 small sweet onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- garlic salt to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- mayonnaise
Directions

1Crumble cheese by hand. Add eggs, onion, parsley and seasonings. Put in enough mayonnaise so it sticks together.

2Put in a round bottom bowl and refrigerate.

3Turn over onto plate when ready to serve and sprinkle with paprika.

4Serve with crackers.
