- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. seasoning salt
Directions

1Cream the cheese.

2Stir in pineapple (which has been well drained and blotted in paper towels).

3Add 1 cup pecans, onions, peppers and salt.

4Shape and chill overnight.

5Half an hour before serving, roll in the remaining nuts.
