- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1 lb. Tally Ho cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. onion juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. Sauterne
- steak sauce
- chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix ingredients except steak sauce and pecans.

2Chill in refrigerator just long enough for easy shaping.

3Shape into 2 balls.

4With spoon, make a deep indentation in top of each ball and fill with 1 tablespoon of steak sauce.

5Cover by pressing cheese smoothly over hole.

6Roll ball in pecans.

7Makes 2 balls.
