  • 1 (5 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese spread
  • 1 (5 oz.) Roquefort cheese spread
  • 1/2 tsp. grated onion or juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

    Let cheese stand at room temperature for an hour or so. Place in mixing bowl with onion and Worcestershire.
