  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. mild cheddar cheese, grated
  • 24 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Set out cheeses to soften overnight.

    Blend cheeses together with a mixer.

    Add other ingredients, and mix well.

    Make into 2 balls.

    Coat with finely chopped pecans and parsley flakes.
