  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
  • 14 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Directions

    Let cream cheese soften to room temperature.

    Add pineapple, salt, onion, green pepper and 1/2 cup of pecans.

    Mix together.

    Refrigerate until firm.

    Shape into two balls and roll in remaining 1/2 cup of pecans.

    Serve with Triscuits or other crackers.
