  • 6 oz. wedge Blue cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) Wispride cheese
  • 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. ground pecans

Directions

    Cream cheeses together.

    Add onion, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup nuts.

    Return to refrigerator until firm enough to handle easily.

    Shape into balls and roll in nuts and store in refrigerator.
