Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Cracker Barrel sharp cheese
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/4 c. pimento
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • chopped walnuts

Directions

    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.

    Grate the sharp cheese.

    Chop onion and green pepper into small pieces.

    Drain pimento.

    Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Form into two 4 to 5-inch balls.

    Coat with chopped walnuts.

    Best if served with Town House or Ritz crackers.
