- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 small onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/4 tsp. red horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/3 c. minced pecans
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions

1Drain and mash salmon.

2Mix with softened cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, horseradish and liquid smoke.

3Use plastic wrap to form into a log.

4Cover with wrap and refrigerate for 12 hours, at least.
